Yoga can be quite confusing when you don't know what you want or what it is. Most know it is a positions you hold as a means to strengthen the body and mind. Its more than that in its whole form but in classes , we focus on developing our knowledge of asanas (the poses) and learning how they can help improve our health and well being. You will hold a pose for a period of time to allow the body and mind relax into the pose . Each class has a different aim / theme such as opening the hips or working on flexibility or building strength. Each member is informally assessed so I can prepare the best class possible. Suitable for all levels
