Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on balance,posture , strength and flexibility. Through exercises directed at working on improving alignment and targeting the core, Pilates will rebalance the body and bring it into correct alignment therefore eradicating any weaknesses and achieving the perfect balance between strength and flexibility.


Perseverance is the key , exercises are delivered in a progressive way starting with the basics and moving onto more complex sequences. Pilates challenges what we believe to be the norm in how our bodies work and with what we are used to. Pilates is for all levels of ability whether you have a high level of fitness or are returning from injury or a period of rest.
